If Your AI Vendor Goes Bankrupt: Keeping Licensed IP Access

As companies continue to embed artificial intelligence across essential functions — from workflow automation to workforce management — there inevitably will be bankruptcies involving AI vendors and their customers. These players will have to navigate a Bankruptcy Code and bankruptcy practice that have yet to fully adapt to this new technology.
