Sidley Ranked Among Top Firms by The Texas Lawbook Corporate Deal Tracker for Capital Markets in 2023

The Texas Lawbook ranked Sidley No. 2 for Texas-related value, with a combined value of US$30.3 billion in its 2023 Capital Markets Corporate Deal Tracker. Sidley also ranked fifth in Texas-led value. 

Sidley lawyers were lead counsel in 20 capital market transactions, representing principals and lead legal advisers in an additional 19 securities and debt offerings, representing financial advisers, investors, purchasers, and other third parties.
