Sidley Honored by Financial Times at the FT Innovative Lawyers Awards Asia Pacific 2024

Sidley has been named “Innovative Lawyers in Restructuring” at the prestigious Financial Times’ FT Innovative Lawyers Awards Asia-Pacific 2024. The firm has been honored for its representation of Sunac China Holdings Limited in its US$10.2 billion offshore debt restructuring, which has been recognized as one of the first of its kind among China’s distressed property companies.

In addition, the firm has also been “Highly Commended” in the “Innovative Lawyers in Science and Technology” category for its advice on the IPO and H-share listing of BaTeLab Co., Ltd. on the HKEX main board.
