Sidley Wins “Cyber ILS Award” at Insurance Insider ILS Awards 2024

Sidley has been named a winner of the inaugural “Cyber ILS Award,” together with AXIS Capital, Aon Securities, and CyberCube, at the Insurance Insider ILS Awards 2024.
The award highlights a cyber risk transfer transaction which has broken new boundaries, and the 2024 award recognizes Sidley’s work on AXIS Capital’s innovative US$75 million Long Walk catastrophe bond, the first ever 144A cyber risk catastrophe bond.
Insurance Insider’s annual ILS Awards honor the outstanding contributions to the (re)insurance convergence and insurance-linked securities (ILS) industry from the past 12 months. This achievement represents Sidley’s preeminent role in the ILS sector, and the firm’s ability to guide clients in their most significant transactions.
