The National Law Journal has named Sidley’s Supreme Court, Appellate, and Litigation Strategies practice a finalist for the 2024 “Appellate Hot List.” Sidley has previously been recognized on the list for 16 consecutive years. The annual special report highlights law firms that have handled “exemplary appellate matters” in the past 12 months and celebrates their “impressive appellate track record overall.”
Sidley’s Supreme Court, Appellate, and Litigation Strategies practice is known for its exceptional Supreme Court experience, resoundingly deep bench, and extensive federal appellate experience. One of the first law firms to have a dedicated national Supreme Court and Appellate practice, Sidley represents clients before the U.S. Supreme Court, all federal courts of appeals, and state appellate and supreme courts. The team is widely recognized for its leadership in addressing groundbreaking and complex questions of federal and state law.
