Aaron J. Rigby Named a Finalist for “Dealmaker of the Year” at D CEO’s 2025 Mergers & Acquisitions Awards

Aaron J. Rigby, a partner based in Sidley’s Dallas office, has been named a finalist in the “Dealmaker of the Year” category at D CEO’s 2025 Mergers & Acquisitions Awards. The annual Mergers & Acquisitions Awards honor the “top acquisitions, dispositions, and other financial transactions in North Texas in 2023—and the dealmakers who made them happen.”

Aaron’s practice focuses on complex corporate and transactional matters involving the representation of private equity and financial sponsors and corporate clients (both public and private companies) in connection with acquisitions, leveraged transactions, divestitures, and investments, including in the healthcare, technology, and insurance industries. Aaron also routinely advises clients in the formation of joint ventures and corporate governance matters.
