Kelly Katherine Ball Named Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program’s September 2026 “Volunteer of the Month”

Sidley associate Kelly Katherine Ball has been named the Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program’s (DVAP) September 2026 “Volunteer of the Month” in recognition of her commitment to pro bono service and the Dallas community.

Kelly Katherine maintains an active pro bono practice through DVAP, representing clients in adoption, custody, divorce, and other family-law matters. Her work has included managing matters from initial filing through resolution, navigating interstate service-of-process issues, coordinating with outside counsel and court-appointed amicus attorneys, and using her Spanish-language skills to communicate with clients and advance their cases.

DVAP recruits, trains, and supports volunteer attorneys who provide free civil legal assistance to low-income residents of Dallas County.
