Sidley Advises Vim in US$60 Million Series B Funding Round

Sidley represented Vim, a San Francisco and Tel Aviv-based technology provider of online healthcare services in the U.S., in the completion of a US$60 million Series B funding round led by Walgreens, Anthem, and Optum Ventures, with participation from Great Point Ventures, Sequoia Capital, Frist Cressey Ventures, and Premera Blue Cross.

Idan Netser (Emerging Companies, Venture Capital and Tax) and Alina Azizian (Emerging Companies and Venture Capital) led the Sidley team, which included Justin Stone (Emerging Companies and Venture Capital), and Nick DeAngelis (M&A).
