Sidley represented Placer.ai, a geolocation and proximity data analytics technology startup, in its US$100 million Series C financing, which was led by Josh Buckley, with participation from WndrCo, Lachy Groom, MMC Technology Ventures LLC, and Fifth Wall Ventures and Array Ventures.
Placer provides instant access to location analytics derived from the foot traffic of millions of consumers, delivering visibility into offline behavior and has customers across the real estate and property, retail, consumer packaged goods and municipalities sectors. Sidley also advised Placer on its US$50 million Series B financing less than a year ago.
The Sidley team was led by Alina Azizian and Idan Netser, and included, BinQuan Zhuang, and Nayef Andrabi from the Emerging Companies and Venture Capital group.
