Sidley Advises on NASDAQ IPO of Ispire Technology Inc.

Sidley is representing the lead underwriter US Tiger Securities, Inc. as its U.S. counsel in connection with the approximately US$18.9 million initial public offering (IPO) and listing of the common stock of Ispire Technology Inc. (NASDAQ: ISPR) on the Nasdaq Capital Market.
Los Angeles, California-based Ispire Technology Inc. is engaged in the research and development, design, commercialization, sales, marketing, and distribution of branded e-cigarettes and other vaping products.
The Sidley team is led by partner Meng Ding. Other team members include senior managing associate Liming Xu, legal manager Gilbert Han, and senior legal assistant Alice Liu.
