Sidley represented The Western Union Company (NYSE: WU) in connection with its registered debt offering of US$450 million aggregate principal amount of 4.750% senior notes due 2029. Citigroup Global Markets Inc.; BofA Securities, Inc.; U.S. Bancorp Investments, Inc.; and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC acted as representatives for the several underwriters in connection with the offering.
