Sidley represented 65 Equity Partners on its anchor investment in AvePoint by way of a purchase of AvePoint shares of common stock from Sixth Street. 65 Equity Partners is an independently managed wholly-owned investment platform of Temasek, which focuses on providing equity and structured capital solutions to established companies with regional or global aspirations, in Southeast Asia, Europe, and the United States. AvePoint is a platform that optimizes SaaS operations and secure workplace collaboration.
The deal team was led by Alexius Chong and Johnny Skumpija, and included Adam Gross, Katarzyna Robak, and Isabella Russo-Tiesi.
