Sidley represents ChowChow Cloud International Holdings Limited (NYSE American: CHOW) (ChowChow Cloud) in its initial public offering and listing of its ordinary shares on the NYSE American. US Tiger Securities, Inc. acted as the underwriter in the offering.
Founded in 2014, ChowChow Cloud is a Hong Kong-based digital transformation services provider. It provides one-stop cloud solutions that support companies across the IT industry value chain throughout their entire cloud transformation journey from consulting, deployment, and migration to cloud environment building and management.
The Sidley team was led by partners Meng Ding and Raymond Oh and included Liming Xu and Alice Liu (China Corporate and Finance).
