Biography

SAEED AHMAD focuses his practice on corporate and securities matters, including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, corporate governance, and private equity transactions.

While attending Harvard Law School, Saeed served as an articles editor of the Harvard Business Law Review, worked with Justice Syed Mansoor Ali Shah of the Supreme Court of Pakistan, and was a student attorney at the Harvard Law Entrepreneurship Project. He was also a clinical fellow at the Religious Freedom Clinic at Harvard Law School and involved in student government. Saeed was a distinguished recipient of the “Dean’s Award for Community Leadership” in 2024. 

Saeed served as a post-graduate visiting fellow at the Religious Freedom Clinic at Harvard Law School, representing an inclusive group of clients in legal matters raising First Amendment and religious liberty issues.
