CAMILLE ALEXANDRE focuses her practice on corporate and securities law matters, representing issuers and underwriters in public and private securities transactions of debt and equity securities.
Prior to joining Sidley, Camille worked at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission as part of the Student Legal Honors Program.
While attending Howard University School of Law, Camille was a member of the Charles Hamilton Houston Moot Court team and served as Vice President of her class. Camille was a recipient of the Charles N. Mason Jr. Endowed Fund Scholarship and Judge Cobb Law School Donor Scholarship.
Camille also received her Master of Laws from Georgetown University Law Center, where she studied International Business and Economics Law with a concentration in Securities and Financial Regulation.
