Biography
DAVID ANDREU focuses his practice on representing financial institutions and individuals in connection with investigations and enforcement actions brought by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), and other federal and state regulators.
Prior to joining Sidley, David served as a judicial intern for The Honorable Vickie L. Henry of the Massachusetts Appeals Court.
David is a native Spanish speaker.

Pro Bono
David was recognized by the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court Standing Committee on Pro Bono Legal Services on its 2024 “Pro Bono High Honor Roll,” which recognizes attorneys who provide more than 100 hours of pro bono legal services in a calendar year.
