AMANDA ARTESE focuses her practice on the life sciences and healthcare industries, representing both public and private companies at every life cycle stage. Amanda works with entrepreneurs, inventors, and investors in the life sciences industry in connection with all aspects of emerging company transactions.

Prior to joining Sidley, Amanda was an associate at another national law firm where she represented companies across a variety of industries on corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions and other general corporate matters.
