Biography
DANIEL BARCIA focuses his practice on commercial litigation and disputes.
Daniel graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School, where he served as articles editor of the Harvard Law Review. He concurrently earned a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School. Daniel also holds an MPhil from the University of Cambridge, where he was a Gates Cambridge Scholar. Daniel graduated summa cum laude from Harvard College.
Prior to joining Sidley, Daniel served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Judge Adalberto J. Jordan at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
Daniel is fluent in Spanish.
