Biography
LILY BRAAFLADT focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, government enforcement actions, and investigations.
Lily earned her law degree from the Georgetown University Law Center, where she served as an executive editor of the American Criminal Law Review. While attending Georgetown Law, Lily worked as a faculty research assistant and legal writing law fellow. She also served as a student attorney in Georgetown’s Civil Rights Clinic, and as a legal extern in the U.S. Department of Justice’s Civil Fraud Section.
Community Involvement
Pro Bono
Prior to joining Sidley, Lily completed a pro bono fellowship at the National Women’s Law Center, where she worked with a litigation team leading active cases alleging gender discrimination in education and employment.
