SARAH BRIDGES focuses her practice on asset-based finance, representing bank and nonbank financial institutions as lenders and purchasers, as well as asset originators and aggregators as borrowers and sellers, in structured and secured lending and acquisition finance transactions. Sarah structures bilateral and syndicated warehouse lines of credit, master repurchase facilities, early buyout facilities, secured loan facilities and securitizations with assets including residential forward and reverse mortgage loans, commercial mortgage loans, mortgage servicing rights (MSRs), excess servicing spread (ESS), home equity investments, home equity lines of credit, home equity conversion mortgage loans (HECMs), servicing advances, and real property. Throughout her more than 20-year career, Sarah has also represented clients in connection with the sale, purchase, and financing of retail installment contracts, bankruptcy creditor claims, and other esoteric assets.
Sarah received her J.D. from the William & Mary School of Law. She previously served as the chair of the Richmond, Virginia, mentor program for the Young Lawyers Division of The Virginia Bar Association and continues to be active in her community and in her pro bono efforts.
