NICOLE CARY is an associate in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. She is a member of the Banking and Financial Services group. Nikki’s practice focuses primarily on the drafting of agreements to reflect bespoke and complex arrangements in financial transactions, including in the structured finance and credit card spaces, such as program agreements and receivables purchase agreements.
Nikki received her J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School, graduating with honors. In law school, she served as a comments editor of the Chicago Journal of International Law. Nikki received her B.A., magna cum laude, from Vanderbilt University.
Prior to joining the firm, Nikki was an associate at another law firm where she advised clients on antitrust and structured finance matters. Prior to that, Nikki was a full-time fellow at DC Volunteer Lawyers Project from January 2021 to January 2022. While there, she worked on immigration and custody matters.
