Biography
RICHARD CHUNG received his J.D. from New York University School of Law, where he served as a staff editor in the Competitions Division of the Moot Court Board and was awarded the Order of the Coif. He received his B.A. from Yale University.
Prior to joining Sidley, Richard served as a law clerk for The Honorable Michael H. Park of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and for The Honorable Peter J. Rubin of the Massachusetts Appeals Court.
