Spencer Davies

SPENCER DAVIES focuses his practice on complex fund finance transactions. He advises banks and other financial institutions as lenders and administrative agents in structuring, negotiating, and documenting subscription credit facilities, NAV facilities, and hybrid facilities for private equity and other investment funds. Spencer received his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School, where he was the 2021 recipient of the Weldon B. White Prize and articles editor of the Vanderbilt Journal of Entertainment and Technology Law, and his B.A. from Davidson College.
