Biography
ALEX DICKEY focuses his practice on complex litigation and regulatory matters.
Prior to joining Sidley, Alex worked with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s Enforcement Division and the U.S. Department of Justice Antitrust Division, supporting government enforcement matters involving consumer financial protection, antitrust, and regulatory issues.
Before law school, Alex worked in financial technology, where he led cross-functional teams and worked closely with legal, engineering, and compliance stakeholders.

Alex was a Pro Bono Fellow at the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights of San Francisco, where he supported asylum seekers in the Bay Area.
