Biography
TOMISLAVA DRAGICEVIC focuses her practice on corporate and securities law matters, representing issuers and underwriters in public and private securities transactions of debt and equity, with a particular emphasis on structured products.
While attending Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, Tomislava served as senior editor of the Northwestern Journal of International Law and Business.
Tomislava is fluent in Bosnian, Croatian, and Serbian.
