JONATHAN DUSSIK has experience representing clients in a wide variety of complex commercial litigation and disputes in both federal and state court and advising clients in anticipation of potential litigation. He has worked on cases involving, among other things, breach of contract, various business torts, securities fraud, and ERISA disputes.
Jonathan has broad litigation experience, which includes drafting pleadings, briefing dispositive and other motions, taking and defending depositions, and handling day-to-day case management. Jonathan also maintains an active pro bono practice.
Before joining Sidley, Jonathan clerked for the Honorable James Wesley Hendrix of the Northern District of Texas. Jonathan graduated with honors from the University of Chicago Law School in 2019 where he was a member of the University of Chicago Law Review. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance, summa cum laude, from Arizona State University.
