Biography
ISH FAROOQUI focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation and arbitration, as well as white collar investigations. Ish has handled matters ranging from the drafting of deal documents to litigation in federal court. In addition, he has been on both sides of sensitive government investigations.
While in law school, Ish served as a law clerk for the U.S. Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations. He was also a member of the Muslim Law Students Association.
Prior to law school, Ish worked at the Council on Foreign Relations, where he researched the U.S. venture capital industry.
Community Involvement
Pro Bono
Ish maintains an active pro bono practice focused on representing veterans before the VA, and participated in Sidley’s Pro Bono Fellowship program with the National Veterans Legal Services Program.
