Michael S. Ferguson

MICHAEL FERGUSON focuses his practice on complex commercial and securities litigation matters, with experience representing large corporations and distributors.

While attending the University of Virginia School of Law, Michael served on the Managing Board as an articles editor for the Virginia Law and Business Review and was a member of the State and Local Government Policy Clinic, where he assisted in the passage of two bills into Virginia law.
