BRIAN FOSTER advises financial institutions, private funds, asset managers, and other market participants on a broad range of financing, derivatives, and structured products transactions. His practice focuses on complex financing arrangements and bespoke investment structures involving alternative asset classes, fund-related assets, and derivative products.
Brian has extensive experience structuring financing and investment transactions, including secondaries financings, NAV facilities, management company lines, subscription credit facilities, hybrid facilities, preferred equity structures, collateralized fund obligations, GP stakes transactions, margin loans, securities lending arrangements, repurchase transactions, and prime brokerage facilities.
