LANDON GARFINKEL focuses his practice on corporate and securities matters, including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, corporate governance, and private equity transactions.

Landon attended the University of Virginia School of Law, where he served as the assistant development editor of the Virginia Law & Business Review.

• Basketball Hall of Famer Tracy McGrady in connection with his acquisition of a controlling interest in the iconic ABCD Basketball Camp, the premier high school basketball showcase founded by legendary sports marketing executive Sonny Vaccaro and that helped launch the careers of some of basketball's biggest stars—including Kobe Bryant, LeBron James, Kevin Garnett, Carmelo Anthony, and McGrady himself.
• A consortium, headed by APG Asset Management N.V. (APG), on behalf of the largest Dutch pension fund, ABP, and Australian Retirement Trust (ART), in the acquisition of Riverstone Holdings’ equity stake in Pattern Energy Group LP.
