Biography

SUSANA HERRERA focuses her practice on securities litigation and white collar defense and investigations. She also assists with complex commercial matters, including antitrust, consumer protection, and legal malpractice disputes.

Susana earned her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, where she served as an associate editor of the California Law Review and as membership development editor for the Berkeley La Raza Law Journal. Before law school, Susana worked in education and as a legal assistant in a divorce mediation practice. She earned her B.A. in psychology and legal studies from the University of California, Berkeley.
