Biography
MAGGIE JABLONSKI focuses her practice on resolving complex business disputes across a range of industries and supporting clients in all stages of litigation.
Prior to joining Sidley, Maggie participated in Sidley’s Pro Bono Fellowship Program, where she addressed matters in immigration and education equity while working at Public Counsel.
While attending University of Southern California Gould School of Law, Maggie volunteered as a mediator in employment disputes through USC’s Mediation Clinic, participated in the Hale Moot Court Honors Program, worked as a teaching assistant, and served as vice president of the Fashion and Beauty Law Society.

- LA Sports Partners, LLC, owner of the Los Angeles Sparks, in litigation against former owners alleging lifetime ticket rights under a franchise purchase agreement, securing dismissal of statutory claims and summary judgment on the remaining breach of contract claim, resulting in a complete victory.
