Michael Johnson

MICHAEL JOHNSON advises banks and other financial institutions in negotiating and documenting subscription credit facilities, NAV facilities, hybrid facilities, GP facilities, and management fee facilities for asset managers across many industry verticals.

Michael frequently delivers trainings on fund finance to clients and their in-house legal teams. He has also written articles for fund finance industry publications. 

In addition to his practice and related activities, Michael is a member of the Rose Council at Wake Forest Law and the Founders’ Circle at Wake Forest University.

Michael received his J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law and his B.S., cum laude, from North Carolina State University.
