MARCO ORSINI JONES advises and represents private fund sponsors with respect to the structuring, establishment and operation of alternative investment funds across a range of asset classes, including private equity (buyout, growth, venture capital and impact), private credit and real assets.
Marco also has significant experience advising major institutional investors on primary investments, co-investments, secondary transactions and bespoke arrangements across a range of asset classes and strategies.
Prior to joining Sidley, Marco was an associate at another U.S. law firm in London where he worked on the private funds team.

- Several institutional investors on primary investments, co-investments and direct investments across a range of fund structures and asset classes.
- An international secondaries sponsor on a number of portfolio acquisitions and strategic primary investments.
