Biography
SYD KAY focuses her practice on securities enforcement and regulatory matters.
Syd earned her J.D. from Boston College Law School, and her B.S. from the University of Utah. While attending law school, Syd competed in the Jessup International Moot Court competition and advocated for clients’ parole in the BC Defenders Lifer Parole & Medical Release clinic.
Prior to joining Sidley, Syd worked at the Harvard University T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
