DREW LANGAN focuses his practice on litigation matters, including alleged violations of the False Claims Act, responses to government enforcement actions, and rulemaking challenges. Drew also has experience in matters involving environmental regulation and U.S. tariffs. Finally, Drew maintains an active pro bono practice, focusing on matters in D.C. courts.
Drew received his law degree, cum laude, from Duke University School of Law, where he served as a research editor of the Duke Law Journal and participated in the Duke Environmental Law and Policy Clinic. He received his undergraduate degree from Swarthmore College.
