EJ LEE advises asset managers, funds of funds, sovereign wealth funds, and corporations in connection with a wide range of transactions, including the formation of, and investment in private investment funds, portfolio-level financing and sale and purchase transactions, co-investment and secondary transactions, strategic investments, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, and general corporate matters.
EJ earned her J.D. from Harvard Law School, where she served as an Academic and Professional Development Chair of Harvard Asia Law Society, and as an advocate at the Federal Tax Unit of the Legal Services Center. Prior to law school, EJ received her master’s degrees at The University of Tokyo, where she was a MEXT scholar, and with honors at Seoul National University. She earned her B.A., summa cum laude, from Assumption University.
