Biography

KENDELL LEE focuses his practice on corporate and securities law matters, including capital markets transactions, securities filings, structured products, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity transactions.

Kendell earned his J.D. from Cornell Law School, where he served as an editor of the Cornell Law Review. During law school, he was a member of the Securities Law Clinic and served as a research assistant to Professor Beth Lyon.

  • Consumers Energy Corporation (NYSE: CMS), Michigan’s largest electricity and natural gas provider, in its issuance and sale of US$500 million aggregate principal amount of its 4.50% First Mortgage Bonds due 2031 and US$625 million aggregate principal amount of its 5.05% First Mortgage Bonds due 2035.
