JAMEE LEWIS has extensive experience in debt financing-related matters, including in the fund finance and venture debt spaces. Jamee represents institutional and non-institutional lenders, public and private company borrowers, investment funds, and asset managers in a range of financing transactions, including bilateral and syndicated facilities, NAV, hybrid and traditional call lines, and other asset-based facilities.
