Elise Lindenmayer

ELISE LINDENMAYER focuses her practice on fund finance, representing banks and other financial institutions in the structuring, negotiation, and documentation of syndicated and bilateral net asset value (NAV) facilities, subscription line facilities, and hybrid facilities. She also has experience representing borrowers and lenders in asset-based and acquisition financings, as well as representing public companies in initial and follow-on offerings of debt, equity, and equity-linked securities.

Prior to practicing law, Elise held client relationship and project management roles, including with international leadership development organizations.
