HENRY LUDWIG focuses his practice on corporate and securities law matters, including capital markets transactions, securities filings, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity transactions.
Prior to joining Sidley, Henry worked for a nonprofit organization specializing in clean water law and policy. He has experience in drafting model ordinances and assisting municipalities in the uptake of green infrastructure to mitigate stormwater issues.
Henry received his J.D. from Columbia Law School and was recognized as a James Kent Scholar and a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. While attending Columbia Law School, he served as the managing editor of the Columbia Journal of Environmental Law. Henry received his B.A. from University of Michigan and was recognized as a James B. Angell Scholar.
