KATHRINE MALDONADO received her J.D., magna cum laude, from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law. While in law school, she served as associate managing editor of the SMU Law Review, president of SMU Women in Law, research assistant to Professor C. Paul Rogers III, and an Academic Success Program mentor. Kathrine was also a judicial extern for U.S. Magistrate Judge Renee H. Toliver for the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas. Kathrine was named the 2021 Wilson Herndon Memorial Antitrust Award recipient, a 2022 “Outstanding Law Student” by the National Association of Women Lawyers, and the 2022 “Outstanding 3L” by SMU Barristers.
