Biography
PETER MANNO advises asset managers and financial institutions on a wide variety of structured finance, asset-based finance, and securitization transactions across a broad range of asset classes. Peter’s practice encompasses forward flow and static pool acquisitions, warehouse financing, back leverage financing, and complex securitizations involving residential and commercial mortgage loans, unsecured consumer loans, student loans, and auto loans, among others.
