Biography
RACHEL MCKENZIE focuses her practice on litigation.
Rachel received her LL.B. from University of Aberdeen, Scotland and her LL.M. from Harvard Law School.
While in Scotland, Rachel worked as a prosecutor on cases involving murder, conspiracy to distribute controlled substances, sexual assault, domestic violence, carrying and use of weapons, perjury, and fraud.
Experience
Representative Matters
- Member of trial team for Monsanto in a four-plaintiff Roundup trial in Jefferson City, Missouri. The trial team moved for a mistrial when, during trial, the United States Supreme Court ruled in Monsanto Company v. Durnell (June 25, 2026) that plaintiffs’ state law-based failure-to-warn claims were preempted by federal law. The court declared a mistrial the day after the ruling.
