Rachel C. McKenzie

RACHEL MCKENZIE focuses her practice on litigation. 

Rachel received her LL.B. from University of Aberdeen, Scotland and her LL.M. from Harvard Law School.

While in Scotland, Rachel worked as a prosecutor on cases involving murder, conspiracy to distribute controlled substances, sexual assault, domestic violence, carrying and use of weapons, perjury, and fraud.

• Member of trial team for Monsanto in a four-plaintiff Roundup trial in Jefferson City, Missouri. The trial team moved for a mistrial when, during trial, the United States Supreme Court ruled in Monsanto Company v. Durnell (June 25, 2026) that plaintiffs’ state law-based failure-to-warn claims were preempted by federal law. The court declared a mistrial the day after the ruling.
