YASH MEHTA focuses his practice on a variety of corporate matters, including financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, labor and employment, and other complex business transactions.
Yash earned his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law. During law school, he was the leader of a community-based student pro bono project, the Legal Automation Workshop, graduated with Pro Bono Honors, and earned a Certificate of Specialization in Energy & Clean Technology Law.
Prior to law school, Yash worked as a private LSAT tutor and as a legal assistant at a civil litigation boutique. He received both his B.A. and B.S. from the University of California, Berkeley.
