KATARINA MOLNAROVA advises clients, with a particular emphasis on private equity sponsors, family offices, and corporate borrowers, on complex U.S. and cross-border debt financing transactions. She works closely with clients to structure, negotiate, and execute tailored financing solutions in connection with acquisitions, refinancings, and other leveraged transactions, across a broad range of financing products, including bank, broadly syndicated, and private credit facilities, as well as high-yield and investment-grade bond issuances and asset-based lending arrangements.

• TPG and its portfolio companies in multiple financing transactions, including financings for acquisitions of Kindred Healthcare, OneOncology, Crowe Healthcare Consulting, and United Urology Group.
• Carlyle and Syniverse in multiple Syniverse financing transactions.
• One Rock Capital Partners in the financing for the acquisition of the engineered components and systems segment of Actuant Corporation.
