Biography

ARMIN MUSTAFIĆ advises on all aspects of German business and corporate law, in particular national and cross-border private equity, M&A, venture capital, general corporate matters as well as restructurings.

Prior to joining Sidley in 2017, Armin was a lawyer in the private equity, M&A and restructuring practice of another international law firm.

Armin is fluent in English, German and Bosnian.

  • A U.S.-based venture fund in connection with its investment in Flixbus.
  • Accuride Corporation/Crestview Partners on the acquisition of mefro wheels Group.
