Matt Naifeh

MATTHEW NAIFEH focuses his practice on advising private investors, including private equity firms and their portfolio companies, in connection with leveraged buyouts, sell-side transactions, add-on acquisitions, and related transactions across a broad range of industries.

Prior to joining Sidley, Matthew worked at another global law firm where he acted as counsel, advising clients on similar transactions. 

While attending Seton Hall University School of Law, Matthew served as an editor of the Seton Hall Law Review.
