Biography
AUDREY NG’s practice focuses on corporate finance transactions, including both equity and debt capital markets. Audrey has extensive experience advising on Hong Kong Listing Rules compliance and commercial transactions and various bond and note issuance matters (acting for both issuers and managers). She also assists clients in initial public offerings and H share listings on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Audrey is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
