WILL OTTER represents clients in a diverse range of real estate transactions, with an emphasis on land use and zoning law, low-income housing tax credit investments, M&A and private equity transactions, and commercial, multi-family and single-family rental home (SFR) real estate financing.
In his land use and zoning practice, Will supports clients with frequent appearances before a range of government bodies in the Chicago metropolitan area to obtain zoning approvals for a variety of projects, with a special focus on the public utility sector.
Will earned his J.D. from Harvard Law School, where he graduated cum laude and was captain of the university cycling team. Will graduated, magna cum laude, from Rice University with a B.A. in Art History and Asian Studies.
